If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. In the instance that you are unhappy with product quality, please send a photograph demonstrating the issue and we will either offer to issue a replacement product or a full refund. We do not require baked goods to be retuned in most cases.
The timeframe for reporting product quality issues should be within 1-3 days of receipt of product depending on stated shelf life of product.
