If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please get in touch with us at and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. In the instance that you are unhappy with product quality, please send a photograph demonstrating the issue and we will either offer to issue a replacement product or a full refund. We do not require baked goods to be retuned in most cases.

The timeframe for reporting product quality issues should be within 1-3 days of receipt of product depending on stated shelf life of product.
