Christmas Cakes

We are DELIGHTED to launch our very first range of Christmas Cakes for 2018! Choose from Parsnip & Ginger cake decorated with a festive wreath crown or a classic Black Forest Gateaux with a chocolate drip and a mini meringue and candy cane crown!

Both cakes are 9″ in size, serving up to 20 dessert sized portions or 40 finger portions, both priced at £55.

Our cakes can be ordered for collection just prior to Christmas Day (pick up either 23rd or 24th December) and will provide a showstopping centre piece on any Christmas dinner table. The cake has a 5 day shelf life, however we would advise the cake is eaten within 3 days to enjoy it at it’s best.

In addition, our Christmas cakes are also available to order for parties or events throughout December.

If the cake is for Christmas Day, please order via our online booking system (see link below) for collection from Killearn, Quarriers and Platform at the Argyle Street Arches on the following dates – 

Quarriers on –  23rd/ 24th December

Killearn on – 23rd/24th December

Platform on – 23rd December

Parsnip and Ginger Cake

Ingredients: Milk, eggs, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, cherry jam, dried cranberries, icing sugar, vanilla paste, dark chocolate. Contains alcohol: cherry brandy.

Black Forest Gateaux 

Ingredients: Eggs, rapeseed oil, milk, soft light brown sugar, wholemeal flour, flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, ground ginger, parsnip, crystallised ginger, pecans, butter, icing sugar, vanilla paste, Lemon curd (contains eggs).
