Empire Biscuits are a classic Scottish favourite. Also called a “double biscuit” or Linzer Biscuit, it involves two giant handmade shortbread biscuits with a Scottish raspberry jam filling and topped with icing. Delicious!

EASTER BISCUIT BOX INCLUDES:

1 x Creme Egg Classic – Scottish raspberry jam filling; topped with water icing and a mini creme egg

1 x Mini Egg – Caramel filling with a milk chocolate topping, finished with a nest of mini eggs

1 x Easter Classic – Scottish raspberry jam filling; topped with an Easter stamped fondant topper

1 x Fried Egg Lemon & White Chocolate – Lemon curd filling; topped with a gummy fried egg

Shelf life – jam filled empire biscuits are best eaten within seven days, store in an airtight container, can also be frozen.
