In 2012, we received a catering enquiry from a couple who had their wedding booked at Killearn Village Hall. We were WOWED when we first arrived – even the kitchen had stunning views! We’d hopped in the car and travelled just 25 minutes from Glasgow, but it seemed like we had been transported to a secluded idyll. The function space was relaxed and inviting, large enough to be completely flexible, offering the ability to use many parts of the building, including the STUNNING outdoor glebe. Set against the breath-taking backdrop of the Endrick Valley with beautiful views across to Loch Lomond, Killearn Village Hall is truly the perfect informal, unique wedding venue.
We now think ourselves extremely lucky to have been appointed sole caterer and coordinator for weddings at Killearn Village Hall. After seven years of running events at the hall, we’ve coordinated weddings of all shapes and sizes. The beauty of Killearn Village Hall is its flexibility. One week sees the hall transformed in to a cosy autumnal chocolate box chalet, the next, it’s adorned with one thousand origami paper cranes hanging from glowing festoon lights! It is a blank canvas waiting to be transformed in to your very own dream wedding scape.
From the outset of our wedding catering business, we have taken it upon ourselves to ‘go the extra mile’. Rather than seeing ourselves as ‘just the caterer’, we include our wedding co-ordination service as part of our catering packages. Your special day will go smoothly from start to finish with the help of our dedicated wedding co-ordinators.

We can house civil or humanist ceremonies onsite in the main hall, hosting the whole day under one roof.
However, we can also welcome your party from an offsite ceremony, ready to begin the party at the drinks reception stage in our ‘Garden Room’. For religious ceremonies, the village hall is situated just next door to the beautiful Killearn Kirk.
Multiple spaces under one roof
The Killearn Village Hall building houses many function spaces under one roof; the ‘Garden Room’ reception lounge which opens on to the grassy Glebe; the bar and balcony with views across to Loch Lomond, which hosts your evening bar and break out area and the main hall itself, where your ceremony, dinner and, of course, dancing will take place!
