Soul BBQ

As promised, we have been cooking up lots of exciting new plans for 2013…!! The first of these is the launch of our new evening offering ‘Soul BBQ’.

Inspired by the amazing feedback we received when we ran our Soul Food Festival back in November, we have spent the past few months tinkering, tasting and trialling new recipes and ideas. We have developed an exciting menu full of Soulful delights and BBQ goodness…

What does this mean I hear you ask? Think Memphis style ribs smothered in homemade BBQ sauce, pulled pork platters, Southern fried buttermilk chicken, Seafood Gumbo, Smokin’ Buffalo Wings, singing chefs, delicious kids menu and much much more! Soul BBQ will kick off on Friday & Saturday evenings from February 15th.

Kids Cake Contest

A huge thank-you to all the entrants of our Kids Cake Contest! We held a grand final on Sunday 9th December which was a great success. A big thank-you to James Morton, finalist of BBC’s Great British Bake Off for being a great sport and judging the contest for us.
