Back in November 2012, we received an amazing and life changing phone call from Kate Pollard at Hardie Grant Publishing in London asking us if we would be interested in writing a cookbook. Having our own book published was a HUUUGE ambition for us, but we just imagined it was a completely unrealistic pipe dream, or at best something that might happen in ten years time!
Fast forward 15 months and we hold in our hands the advance copy of ‘Three Sisters Bake: Delectable Recipes for Every Day’, full of amazing, mouth watering recipes and some equally amazing food shots thanks to our fantastic photographer Helen Cathcart. We still don’t know how she managed to make our creations look so good but we just hope you like it as much as we do!!
The book will be released on March 17th 2014 and will be available for purchase from Three Sisters Bake cafe, via our online shop as well as bookshops across the UK.

We are SO excited to announce that we are expanding the Three Sisters Bake family! The Three Sisters Bake ‘Ice Cream Cafe’ opened its doors on April 5th 2014, in the heart of Finlaystone Country Estate, just off the M8 beside Langbank.
- 10am-5pm every weekend from April 5th-October 26th
- We will also open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday during school Easter Holidays, Summer Holidays, bank holidays and public holidays.
As well as our signature range of home baked cakes, breads, scones and fresh & colourful food, we will also be offering a delicious selection of quality ice creams and Three Sisters Bake style sundaes…the perfect refreshment after a day running through the forests and rivers of Finlaystone!
Finlaystone offers a great family day out with imaginative play areas, miles of beautiful woodland walks, colourful gardens, tumbling waterfalls, events & activities, shop and visitor centre.
**Please note, entry fee into Finlaystone Country Estate applies**
Baby Social is a weekly social gathering of Mums and babies from around Renfrewshire and Inverclyde. We meet in Three Sisters Bake cafe in Quarriers Village every Tuesday from 10.30am – 12pm on a free drop in basis.
Baby Social provides a lovely opportunity to meet other new Mums in the area and to chat, drink coffee, eat cake and swap tales of sleepless nights, weaning ideas and colic survival tips. Please pop along on a Tuesday, the more the merrier!
We have baby changing facilities, a baby menu, plenty of highchairs and we are approved by the NHS Breastfeeding Welcome scheme.
